Refunds and cancellation

• Late delivery: if we don't deliver within 24 hours of receiving your complete details, you can ask for a full refund.
• Not happy: every order includes one free round of changes. If you're still not happy after it, write to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Cancel before we start: email us before we deliver and we refund in full.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 5-7 working days.
